Slide into the weekend with strength, sass, and serious flexibility. Whether you’re working toward your first floor split or flying into splitty tricks like jade and allegra, this class will help you build flexibility, control, and confidence.
We’ll blend flexibility training with pole combos that highlight your growing skills—on and off the pole. All levels are welcome, including beginners! No full splits or prior pole experience required! You’re welcome to wear leggings or pants for the warm-up, but please bring shorts for the pole portion so your skin can grip the pole safely.
