Welcome to our Intermediate Pole Class, designed for students with a solid foundation in pole fitness who are ready to elevate their skills! This class explores more challenging spins, climbs, inversions, and transitions on both spinning and static poles. You'll work on improving strength, flexibility, and flow, incorporating dynamic combinations that build on basic techniques.
Expect to:
- Master intermediate-level inversions (e.g., shoulder mounts, leg hangs).
- Learn intricate transitions and tricks on spinning and static poles.
- Improve body awareness and fluidity in your movements.
- Build confidence in linking sequences for performance or freestyle.
