In this class we will be working on the flexibility (width of the range of motion of your muscles and joints) and the mobility (stability and control over the muscles that surround the joints) of the lower body: hips, knees, ankles, feet, spine, neck, among others. We will teach you a healthy way to achieve upper and lower body flexibility moves as the bridge, needle, straddle (or pancake pose), spagat (or front split), middle split, and many more! This class will also help you A LOT with your silks and pole flexibility tricks to make them look even better that they look now!
